How do I access workouts?

Once you’re logged into your account, you will access all workouts through the “workout library” tab.

Where can I see my account information?

You will log in right through my website, top right corner. There will be a prompt to do so.

What happens if I can’t access my account?

Is there a refund policy?

All program options are paid in full. There are no refunds. That's one reason we encourage everyone to focus on the seven-day free trial to see if this program suits your needs.


However, if you want to cancel your membership, you need to do so before the next auto-renewal so you’re not charged.

Do you offer LIVE group workouts?

Not yet, but plan to start incorporating soon. Please stay tuned for updates and subscribe to my email blast HERE.

Can I try a class for FREE before committing?

YES! We offer a FREE seven-day trial. This gives you access to all content for 3 days. Then you can decide if you want to commit further.

What’s offered in the workout library?

This workout library gives you access to dozens of workouts ranging from full body, to upper body, lower body, core, low impact, stretching, etc. As long as you are a member, you have access to this library 24/7.

How long are the workouts?

They range from 10-45 minutes. All workouts will have a description below the file detailing what you can expect. All workouts start with a warmup, go into the actual workout, then end with a cool down/stretch. There are also videos specifically dedicated to mobility and stretching if you need more recovery time.

What’s offered in the self-care library?

Self-care strategies to help you practice self-love in a positive way. To fill your cup so you can show up better for yourself and others. The Legg Day Method digs deep into daily gratitude, daily intention, positive affirmations, etc.

What equipment do I need for workouts? 

Most classes require equipment. You can check out my shop to find the products I use. I recommend having two pairs of dumbbells, one lighter set, one heavier set. For example, a pair of 5’s and a pair of 10’s. I will definitely sprinkle in resistance band work, and we will use some type of elevated surface at times, like a chair, bench, or box. I will also offer specific workouts with at-home equipment I love, like the BOSU balance trainer, equalizer bars, kettlebells, etc. That being said, there are some bodyweight workouts as well.

How do I cancel or pause my membership?

To cancel or pause your membership, please log into your account here and select account > settings > cancel membership.

Do you offer 1:1 eating accountability programs?

Yes, I offer nutrition programs, one-month or 12-week options. Please apply HERE. Once I read through your application, I will reach out to hop on a call to talk about your goals, my programs, and to see if we’re a good fit.

What's offered in the nutrition library?

Meal prep videos, my favorite recipe videos, nutrition resources, all approved by a Registered Dietitian.
