I’m Ashley Legg, a former news reporter turned entrepreneur, wife, and mom. Long before motherhood, I was building workouts into my day, learning how nutrition fuels the body, and sharing that passion with others.


That foundation became even more meaningful during years of infertility and pregnancy loss. In that difficult chapter, I saw how nutrition, movement, and mindset could help me stay strong inside and out.
