Welcome to the Legg Day Method. I'm your transformational coach, Ashley Legg. I'm a former News Reporter turned Health & Wellness Coach. My purpose is to help others feel confident inside and out and to take control of their personal health journey. I can empathize with the struggle. For years I battled infertility and pregnancy loss, it was during that stage in my life where I recognized the power of nutrition and fitness on overall well-being. I'm now a mom of two miracle babies while running an impactful business. I understand life is busy, there's not enough hours in the day, but I promise you, I will help you set up systems for success. That way you have healthy habits to fall back on when time is limited or motivation lacks. You have the power to create the life you love.
